Yesterday marked the continuation of the process which would lead up to the 2012 edition of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest with an announcement taking place during the eight o'clock evening news presented by the male host of the last two editions of the national showcase.
Each of the respective artists that have submitted entries for the upcoming competition have been expected to be contacted through an email to know whether they made it through but like the general public, the result of the songs that are amongst the sixty two (62) is revealed through the official website of Television Malta.
Some of the names that have submitted entries have already been revealed exclusively through Music News Malta who have been very much following the initial stages of the selection in the best possible way.
When the first announcement with regards to the submissions was made public, people were amazed at the number of entries sent in especially with many people complaining about the extremely high fee that the broadcaster had put forth within its rules and regulations in order to ensure the cost of the high profile event which will surely be organized in the best possible way.
