This might be the perfect summer single for these days.

A delightfully gentle voice, simple guitar and skittering drums and a harmonica hook line – this is so much summer it isn’t true!

Taken from the excellent album 'Festive Road', there is a hint of Nick Drake and whole heap of Caravan – this would fit beautifully on Land Of Grey & Pink – and the inspiration of sitting with a girl in the sun and drinking Valpolicella emanates like a sunbeam. Gentle folk-psychedelia doesn't get much better.

Special and quite lovely.
