Milk Men are a classic Blues & R&B band in the manner of some of the greats – The Blues Band, Dr Feelgood, The Who – and you can hear that history throughout their music.

This album was recorded live, no overdubs or retakes, at Milkfest, their own festival in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity. Recorded on a 2-track mono desk feed, it has all the rawness and originality of a ‘real’ live performance.
“This is not a slick, note-perfect live album as that’s not who we are”, says Milk Men guitarist and Milkfest organiser Adam. “Anyone who has seen our shows knows we are about energy, dynamics, great tunes and a lot of fun, and we hope that comes across on ‘Live at Milkfest’”.

Bass guitarist Lloyd Green adds: “The live albums we love are the imperfect ones that feel like you’re at a proper sweaty gig where anything can go wrong, and with us it often does!”.
Jamie Smy, Milk Men singer says “Almost every live album you love has been overdubbed, which is always disappointing to find out. We didn’t want to do that, so this album is completely live, warts’n’all, with not a single overdub on it anywhere”.
“Milkfest was a brilliant day”, adds drummer Mike Roberts, “and this is a perfect souvenir for people who were there. And hopefully it will also raise a bit more money for the Charity”.

9 tracks and a perfect representation of why the band are so popular on the Blues circuit.

The single from the album ‘Fabulous’ is exactly what they are about – R&B, played with heart and real feel for the music.

Uncomplicated R&B, raw and played with real talent – what more could you want?
