How important is music to you/why:
Music has always been a platform for myself to share my thoughts and experiences. Furthermore singing has always been a tool in society to bring people together and forget what separates us. The emotions that I feel during singing is not something I can put into words but I know that it is very hard to live without.

How much time do you dedicate to vocal training and rehearsals? :
I have to admit that when you have found your passion, committment and motivation is not something that you will struggle to find. However working hard and sacrifcing the other elements of life is not easy but it is crucial in todays’ tough market. I have to admit that most of my time is working in music both in my job as a vocal coach and rehearsals.

From the currentMalta Eurovision 2016 finalists, who would you choose to duet with/why:

I would have to choose Kim! Her voice is spectacular and I find we have similar styling on stage therefore I can easily relate to her. I think we would make a great team.

A typical weekday for you from morning to night:
I wake up early morning and start off my day with a daily jog. Keeping fit with a busy schedule is very hard but I try my best not to miss out. After a fresh shower and a healthy breakfast I head off to work. I work for a pharmaceutical company which gives me a lot of satisfaction and the job is very dynamic. Right after I head off to meet my lovely students at La Voix Academy and give them guidance in vocals and performance. It is very satisfying watching young students grow in developing their talents and becoming stars. Right after I start working till late to develop ideas, fine tune and rehearse for my Eurovision entry ‘I love you’. This experience is very hectic however I enjoy every minute of it. I am very lucky to have an incredible team behind me working from Malta and in Sweden. At the end of a typical hectic day I make sure that I spend some time with my family before we doze off to sleep.

How do you like to spend your weekends:

On weekends I try to minimize my work commitments to make sure I catch up on my sleep and spend some good quality time with my wife and my dog Jack. I typically hang out with friends and relax and gear up for another hectic week. Weekends are very important for me as if I keep working exhaustion will start taking its toll.

Your musical influences:

Adam Levine from Maroon 5. The bands' Californian styling and vocal talent are two factors that inspire me a lot when working on developing my own music.

What is your most memorable performance to date ?
I will never forget my performance with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra. I performed come what may from the film Moulin Rouge with a Maltese star Gabby Sargent, who is actually one of my backing vocals for my entry for MESC.
