At just 16 years of age, singer/songwriter AMBER T releases her second solo single “NO COMPANY’ written by AMBER T in collaboration with Producers Jamie Brown and Conor Mangan over at JBJ Studios and mastered by the legendary Robin Schmidt at 24-96 Mastering (The 1975/James Arthur/Sam Fender etc.).
Self taught on guitar/keyboards, Amber starting performing at the age of 8 at local Open Mics. Her song writing skills developed at the age of 13 with the beautifully penned song “Jigsaw” which was released earlier this year and has so far gained over 100,000 Spotify streams and support from an assortment of genres, JIGSAW was featured as Track on the day on BBC Introducing and has had radio and playlist support on Pop, Indie, Rock, Americana, Country and Dance and DnB courtesy of the remix by NJW.
Amber was also the Artist & co-writer on 2 singles released in 2019 with the legendary DR.ZEUS, with “TICK TOCK” (over 1.5 mil youtube views & over 200,000 streams) debuted with a live interview/launch on BBC Radio 1, A list on BBC Asian Network, airplay on Kiss fm & an interview for BBC TV News South East. The 2nd single SHE DON’T, again debuted on BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra and BBC Asian Network.
To date Amber’s performed over 200 live shows, which have steadily built from local shows to small Festivals the likes of Megamix Festival(1600 Girl Guides), performed at the World famous, The Shard (she became the first acoustic performer to play the Open Deck) and her own sold-out headline show at Chequer Mead Theatre in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.
Given the Covid lockdown and continued lack of live this summer, AMBER T has, like all artists, seen all her live bookings cancelled including three major festival main stage bookings. To combat this she has performed selected live streams for various events. These included LIVE NATION, LIVE NATION MIDDLE EAST which has gained her an additional audience outside of the UK, with Germany, USA and Scandinavia all streaming her music. Amber also performed for, GIRLGUIDING UK, CAMDEN LIVE and SO LIVE SESSIONS.
“NO COMPANY" was recorded with AMBER T with a full band in tow again, the result is this brilliantly produced indie/pop song, which like JIGSAW will hopefully see support from an assortment of genres.
Amber describes the song as “a sassy feel good track about being your best and knowing your self worth”.
