International superstar Adam Lambert has recorded and released a cover of Cher’s 1998 hit ‘Believe’. Produced by Rickey Minor and Lenny Wee, Adam’s rendition sees the song transformed into a powerful ballad. Originally performed live at the 41st annual Kennedy Centre Honors last December, the cover attracted wide praise.

Most notably, Cher herself was filmed watching tearfully from the audience, joining a standing ovation as Adam closed his performance with his signature falsetto. Following this, the performance went viral, talked about everywhere from Rolling Stone to People, the Independent to Daily Mail.

Cher tweeted "Tried 2 write Feelings About Adam Lambert Singing Believe In Words, but Cant seem 2. When Your senses are Overwhelmed All Can you feel with your ❤️”, a few weeks later adding “Was Sitting On ✈️ Thinking…. Adam Lambert’s Version Of BELIEVE….. IS BEYOND COMPREHENSION"
