Comedian Nick Helm has released third album Hot 'n' Heavy, a collection of greatest hits from his live shows.

The tracks include 15 Reasons and I Fancy The Pants Off of You, which were both filmed for Channel 4's Comedy Blaps last year.

Helm performs songs as part of his stand-up act, sometimes with his band, The Helmettes, and appeared as the musical act on the first series of BBC3's Live at the Electric.

He takes his new show, One Man Mega-Myth, to Edinburgh Festival Fringe this summer.

Helm's previous releases are Keep Hold of the Gold and Dare to Dream, which include a mix of poetry, music and live excerpts.

His new album has been released by Redbush Entertainment and is available for download.

Helm is also an actor and will star in a new sitcom, Uncle, commissioned by BBC3 and originally piloted on Channel 4.
