The last time Doris Day had an album on the charts in the U.S., Lyndon Johnson was president and the first Super Bowl was still a couple of years away. The year was 1964 and she reached number 102 with Love Him!

This week, Day returns to the U.S. album chart with My Heart which debuted at number 135. The album is made up mostly of music that Day, now 87, recorded in the mid-80's with her son, Terry Melcher, doing production. Melcher, who passed away in 2004, worked with his mother to record such well known songs as You Are So Beautiful, Daydream and Disney Girls in conjunction with her CBN show Doris Day's Best Friends.

The album was released last September in the U.K. where it debuted in the top ten, something Day had never done. The U.S. version of the album includes the bonus track Stewball, a duet with Melcher.
