Week 4 of the X Factor auditions brings something big and close to my heart. Tonight's auditions will feature a girl group who I know, and have followed for most of 2011. So rather than watching along with everyone else, I will also be routing for the girls above all others!
Look out for Twisted. Their audition from Manchester, is featured tonight. A girl group from Newcastle, my home town, featuring Chrissie Pitt, Cheryl Moody, Katie Orrock and Paige Flaherty.
I won't give anything away, no spoilers, no tip offs, but I hope tonight's huge coverage will help them all get to where they want and deserve to be.
I was at the Manchester auditions the day the girls auditioned, and their image helped them to attract loads of positive attention. Watch out, their audition will do the same!
Today, as I write this (Saturday 10th September), not many people outside of the North East will have heard of my good friend Chrissie Pitt and her Band, but come Sunday, the whole country will be talking about Twisted...and I hope they are all ready for what's coming.
