Gavin Thorpe showcases new material

Bristol based Gavin Thorpe today showcased his new album at the regal Cavindish Square club.

Music News were there to witness a four track solo set which included ‘Pictures’, the forthcoming single and title track to the debut album, currently set for a March release.

The singer songwriter’s self financed debut is already sending ripples around the music industry with his David Grayesque vocal and Ezio styled melodies.

Other tracks of note were the melancholic yet romantic ‘No Hard Feelings’ and ‘This Time’.

The accomplished guitarist is currently on a low key tour of the UK check out his myspace here for dates and to sample his delicate tunes before he becomes a household name.
