Live Earth released on CD and DVD

Live Earth is coming out on CD and DVD.

"Live Earth - The Concerts for a Climate in Crisis" will be released on December 4th.

The performers include Madonna, Metallica, Genesis, John Mayer, The Police and Smashing Pumpkins, among many others.

The concerts were staged in July to draw attention to global warming.

Proceeds from the sale of the DVD and CDs will benefit global warming education programs.
