Radiohead and iTunes look set for battle.

One of the band's older recordings was posted online, reportedly without authorisation from the band.

iTunes and Radiohead have had a difficult relationship since refusing to allow their recordings to be sold as individual tracks.

New album, "In Rainbows", is currently only available through the band's own website, a move which has sent shock waves through the music industry.

However, their 1994 "My Iron Lung" EP is currently reportedly being sold on iTunes, a move which is expected to prompt action from Radiohead.

A spokesman for the group has informed Music Week that the store is not legally permitted to offer their music and will be reporting the news to their management team.

Radiohead remain, along with The Beatles, one of the few major acts who do not work with iTunes, having previously fallen out with them over "Kid A" in 2005.
