Ash have announced details of their next single.

The trio will release ‘Polaris’ - an open and honest tale of heartbreak - on June 18th with the digital version available on June 4th.

It was composed when frontman Tim Wheeler met the recently-knighted Bono whilst holidaying in the South of France and its introduction is the original recording as played on the U2 star’s own piano.

This follow up to Ash’s top 20 hit ‘You Can’t Have It All’ is said to be the focal point of their sixth original album ‘Twilight of the Innocents’ set for release on July 2nd.
