Iconic music and skateboarding venue House of Vans London announce critically acclaimed British Singer - Songwriter Holly Humberstone in her debut at the Waterloo venue on Thursday 8th December 2022. Tickets will be free via a ballot that will go live at 12pm GMT on Tuesday 29th November.
There’s no stopping the multi-talented 22-year old who has emerged as one of the biggest breakout talents of the past two years. In the last 12 months alone, Holly has taken home the 2022 BRIT Rising Star Award, toured the world with Olivia Rodrigo and Girl in Red, played Glastonbury and is about to embark on her biggest ever headline tour, including London’s iconic Brixton Academy. And all of this without even releasing her highly-anticipated debut album, which will drop in 2023.
Conscious of making sustainable choices when it comes to fashion, Holly launched Fifth Sister Swap, a second hand clothing initiative for fans to swap their unwanted clothes at her gigs back in 2020. As a continuation of this project, Holly will be calling consumers to bring their plain, unwanted cotton t-shirts, jackets and shirts to the venue on the 8th December so that they can be upcycled with a screen-printed, bespoke gig design produced by long-standing friend of the brand, LovenSkate.
The gig will be in celebration of Holly being announced as the third musician to be part of Vans’ “Classic Since Forever” campaign, following British musician Tom Misch and Vans’ Global Music Ambassador Anderson Paak.
Tickets for the show will be free through a ballot that will run from Tuesday 29th November 12pm– Sunday 4th December 12pm. For those that are unsuccessful in securing a ticket, the full performance will be live-streamed on the Vans Europe Twitch channel.
