Every year up to a million people descend on West London for Notting Hill Carnival and in doing so join the biggest street party Europe has to offer!

As the sun shone down on this year's Notting Hill Carnival, 2000 lucky ballot winners got to party at the legendary Red Bull Music Academy Sound System, now in its 6th year.

Although sectioned off from the rest of the carnival festivities taking place, Red Bull managed to capture a real carnival spirit inside its red, yellow and blue themed venue.

The many highlights of the day included the awesome Marley Brothers taking to the stage as part of David Rodigan's Ram Jam in association with Ghetto Youth International. Hats off to Rodigan for really getting the crowd going and taking it back to the old days beautifully!

New boys on the block Disclosure then ripped the place apart after T Williams, Eclair Fifi, Nightwave and XXXY got the rammed party going from the off.

The grand finale featured a set by MJ Cole and Wookie with special guests DJ EZ, Todd Edwards and a surprise appearance by Eliza Doolittle which finished off a day of top-class entertainment.

If you didn't get tickets this year, make sure you make it top priority to bag yourself some for next year's carnival... you certainly won't regret it!
