Katy Perry has done it by yet again giving us another possible summer pop hit. The cheery summery feeling that is projected from her new single 'California Gurls', is one that is bound to go down well as a summer hit. The lyrics within the song are extremely contagious, it only takes one play of the chorus to get you singing along.
Out of the two versions available on the single, one features rap artist Snoop Dogg. This is the one that adds an edge to the song making it more appealing to a wider audience than the pop fans that Katy entices. The songs catchy beat will remain in your head and the quirky styled lyrics of Miss Perry will lead to it's popularity and it is bound to be another hit for the star. If this is an insight of things to come from her new album, Katy certainly hasn't lost her touch.
And indeed, if Katy Perry's description is what California 'Gurls' are really like, I'm sure that this song is bound to make the male population rather eager to visit.
