Tears For Fears - San Jose Civic Auditorium - Printable version
Tears for Fears are back on the road during the month of August with a career spanning set of music. Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal put their difference behind them eight years ago and have regularly been out on the circuit playing music from their 80's heyday along with an occasional more recent song.

They only played three songs (the hits) from their number 1 U.S. album Songs From the Big Chair but four from the followup, The Seeds of Love (1989) and their latest studio album, Everybody Loves a Happy Ending (2004). Also in the set was Floating Down the River, a song that was originally slated as a bonus track for an unreleased compilation which ended up on their 2006 live album.

The set list:

Main Set

Everybody Wants to Rule the World (from Songs From the Big Chair, 1985)
Secret World (from Everybody Loves a Happy Ending, 2004)
