How important is music to you/why:
Music is my passion and I cannot imagine my life without it. I always believed that music was, is and will always be my first love and I thank God for giving me this beautiful gift to entertain others.

Can you share with us something curious/funny which happened to you when performing:
I was 8 years old, performing live in a Christmas Activity, I was dancing during the instrumental of the song. It was at that time when the lead (wire) was detached from the microphone. I didn't realize immediately so whilst I was singing I had to figure out how to attach them together. I had to continue singing but I managed to fix everything only at the end of the song.

From the current *GTP finalists, who would you choose to duet with/why: I definitely choose Michela Dalli. Apart from that she is a versatile singer, she is my best friend and I feel very much at ease in her presence.

A typical weekday for you from morning to night: A normal day at school going from one lecture to another. In the evening, I usually either go to singing lessons, filmings, or rehersals.

How do you like to spend your weekends: I spend my weekends with family and friends and every Saturday in the morning I attend VocalTroupes in VocalBooth Studios.

Can you forecast who will win the festival this year: I can't really predict who will win this year because I believe that each and every singer has a great song to compete with.

L-Ghanja Tal Poplu champions our national language. Do you think Malta should send a GTP winner to sing in Maltese at Eurovision one year and why/why not:

I agree with the fact that one time we shall send a singer to sing in our native Maltese language at Eurovision, but it has to be tailored for Eurovision genre.

Your musical influences: I grew up listening mostly to Jazz, Blues, Gospel and Soul and I must say that those are my favourite music genres. My role models in music are Jessie J, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Amy Winehouse, Michael Buble, Sam Smith and Bruno Mars. I really like their timbre and style of music. I listen to them on a daily basis because I feel that I can improve my voice technique and style thanks to them. However, I always try to find my own style when performing.

Your inspiration in life:
My inspiration in life is to be happy , to continue entertain people through music and to further my studies in Musical Theatre.

A message to the our readers?
On behalf of all local artists, I would like to thank those people who support local singers and local music because we continuously need their support to move on in our music career.
