Joywride is a four piece from Brighton unashamedly looking to bring back the synth pop of the eighties and at the same time inject some fun back into music.

They well have done that with 21st Century Love which is a good a pop song as you are going to hear. It�s bright and breezy, light and squeezy but with enough of a drive about it to get bodies on the dance-floors moving. There�s an air of prime time Bucks Fizz about the song, and that is a complement.

The couple of remixes are what they are and the other track on the EP, (bit of a cheat calling this an EP with only two proper songs on it) Modern Man is in much the same vein though with less of an edge.

It's available as a free download for a limited period from 22 November via their Facebook page.
