The BMI Award winning songwriter Jamie Hartman is now proud to announce the release of his new double A-side single Before I Close My Eyes/ Buddha Alliah Jesus Jones\which was taken from his debut solo album III. The sweet melodies are undoubtedly his selling point. Famously, Hartman has collaborated with many A-listers such as, Justin Bieber, Josh Groban, The Goo Goo Dolls, Jessica Sutta of the Pussycat Dolls. Also, he launched his label this last year, so unsurprisingly, itfs a great departure from his successful musical career as the main man of indie-rock band Benfs Brother.

Despite the fact that this remarkable lullaby Before I Close My Eyes was originally inspired by his ex-girlfriendfs unexpected death, it is dedicated to his daughter who was born in March 2011. gAlthough it is really bittersweet, it signified a new beginning, rather than an ending,h he explains. The song, in fact, contains silent screams, nevertheless, it sounds a little calmer than wefve actually expected. As for the singlefs flip-side Buddha Alliah Jesus Jones ; also his favourite track on the album, itfs representing something very spiritual about our lives, but the sound of this song should be described as a relaxation shot that makes you mildly comfortable.
