Finn Bonel

The best thing about Finn Bonel’s debut single is that the focus is on the violin, viola and cello rather than guitar. This gives it a crisp, defining sound- which gives the song a lot of similarity to some Elbow tracks.

But as the bands named after the man himself Finn Bonel, the spotlight is actually on Finns singing. With a voice that mothers up and down the country will be idolizing over!

Finn himself portrays a lot of pure emotion through his lyrics. On the subject of his influences such as bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen, he says “The poeticness of those American songs really struck me, I want to purvey that same emotive energy…striving to make beautiful music that really moves people”

And Bonel truly does create some beautiful music with this song. And considering it's his first single, it is bound be followed by a brilliant album.

The ladies will probably be swooning over Mr Bonel in a few months!
