EofE

It’s easy to understand why EofE are getting such positive press both for their recorded and live performances. The Black Country five piece have a knack for catchy, well-crafted songs that in the right environment will get the fists in the air and choruses chanted.

Wake Up, follows on from the previous Stars of Hollywood and Bridges tracks. It doesn’t deviate too far from the template: it is a galloping 3 minutes or so of prime heavy rock. It’s on the more melodic side of the genre, and played with plenty of passion. At the moment there’s not a lot here to distinguish them, but these are early days and there’s promise here.
