Delilah has had a fantastic 2012. Music-News.com first interviewed her at MTVs Brand New For 2012 and since then her star has been burning bright.

Delilah co-wrote the track "Time", along with fellow artists Chase & Status and Plan B, she also provided vocals on the track. Her writing credits were added to the track "Don't Be Afraid", on Wretch 32's second album Black and White.

The singers first single "Go", which was produced by East London duo Balistiq and features a vocal sample interpolation from Chaka Khan's 1983 hit "Ain't Nobody", plus original writing from herself. Chaka Khan has since heard the track, labelling it "genius".

She sang with Emeli Sandé at London’s KOKO as part of MTV’s Brand New for 2012, enrolled on her first headline tour and opened a number of tour dates for Grammy Award-winning artist Prince on his 2012 Australian tour.

Having already written with several well-known writers for her debut album, including; Sia, Emeli Sandé, Salaam Remi, Guy Chambers, Dan Carey, Sam Dixon, Rick Nowels and Fraser T Smith Delilah is setting her sights high.

The debut album From the Roots Up, mixes genres ranging from dub, dubstep, acoustic and drum & bass. Her fourth single from the album will be a cover of Minnie Riperton's "Inside My Love".
