Beyonce to direct autobiographical documentary

R&B superstar Beyonce is looking for backers to fund her self-produced and -directed autobiographical doco.

According to the LA Times, Beyonce is shopping around a documentary on her life and career, which is apparently “a mix of music and personal study, blending concert footage with confessional interview”.

It’ll be produced and directed by woman herself. She has reportedly put together a 20-minute package in order to shop the film around.

If she can’t get backing from any distributors or studios, she and Jay-Z could surely afford to knock it together themselves. Or just gather the girls…
