Iron Maiden opened their 2012 Maiden England Tour on Thursday night in Charlotte, NC.
The tour is based on the group's 1988 Maiden England tour with the group playing eight of the fifteen songs from that year and with a similar stage setup.
Even with the seven songs that weren't part of the 1988 show, the majority are from 1988 or before with only Afraid to Shoot at Strangers and Fear of the Dark from a later era.
