Forbes has released its annual Celebrity 100, the top personalities from TV, film, fashion, sports, books and music. To get the ranking, they rate each celebrity on income, TV/Radio exposure, press exposure, presence on the web and activity on Facebook and Twitter.
There's a new personality topping the list this year, Jennifer Lopez. While she didn't rank in the top ten in any of the individual criteria, her work across all areas placed her ahead of all others.
She unseated Oprah Winfrey who moves to number 2 after a bad year launching her new television network.
The rest of the top ten includes five other music personalities, Justin Bieber (3), Rihanna (4), Lady Gaga (5), Britney Spears (6) and Katy Perry (8). The balance of the ten are Kim Kardashian (7), Tom Cruise (9) and Steven Spielberg (10).
