DJ Fresh aka Dan Stein has bagged his second No.1 hit single with ‘Hot Right Now’.
Featuring Roc Nation/Columbia artist Rita Ora and released on Ministry of Sound, the UK drum & bass producer’s follow-up to last summer’s smash, ‘Louder’, took the No.1 spot with the highest first week sales of the year (127998).
Fresh has now sold in excess of 1 million singles.
With one of the most played records of 2012 under his belt, Fresh has announced forthcoming album collaborations with Professor Green and Rizzle Kicks, and details of his forthcoming UK tour (following his sell-out Fresh Live shows at the end of 2011).
Tickets for the tour are on sale from 9am, 22nd February. Please see the dates below.
The Football Association has confirmed that ‘Hot Right Now’ will kick off this year’s Carling Cup Final celebrations at Wembley on 26 February.
