Bobby Brown pays tribute to Whitney on Saturday Night Show

A seriously grieving Bobby Brown went on with the show on Saturday night in Southaven, Missourit with his group New Edition, paying respects to his ex-wife Whitney Houston.

Brown told the crowd, “First of all I want to tell you that I love you all. Second, I would like to say, “I love you Whitney”. The hardest thing for me is to come on this stage”.

Bobby Brown is touring America with his reunited boy band New Edition. Since divorcing Whitney, he has become engaged to his manager Alicia Etheridge. Brown and Etheridge have a young son together.

Brown and Houston had one child, daughter Bobbi who is now 18-years old.

Earlier today New Edition’s Johnny Gill told CNN Brown was “struggling and devastated”. He went on with the show “because its all he knows what to do”.

Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston married on July 18, 1992. They divorced in October 2006.
