Global Angels, the 100% charity that helps disadvantaged children and communities across the world, holds its inaugural GLOBAL ANGEL AWARDS at a special dinner on December 2nd at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster Bridge. (200 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7UT.)

The Awards Dinner will be followed by an exclusive Angels concert featuring Natasha Bedingfield, her band and friends including her brother Daniel Bedingfield and former Fugees rapper John Forte. Natasha and Daniel have each sold millions of records world-wide, charted on both sides of Atlantic and been the recipients of numerous music awards. Other artists to be announced shortly.

The Global Angel Awards are being held to honour some of the many inspirational businesses and people from all walks of life who are leading the way in philanthropy and charity (known as Angels). Since their inception in 2004, Global Angels have dreamt of creating a prestigious international award that would honour these people – this year it has become a reality.

There will be seven categories in all and among the nominees are Wendy Smith (world and Guiness Record holder), Hazel Thompson (multi award-winning photo journalist), Bear Grylls (adventurer, explorer and record-breaker) and John Forte (Grammy nominated musician).

Global Angels was the brainchild of Molly Bedingfield. Her passion was created by over 25 years of active management, leadership development and motivational speaking within the international charity sector.

Global Angels is itself an international charity championing the causes of disadvantaged children and communities around the world. They work in partnerships resourcing best-practice-projects which empower children, young people and communities – their '100% Projects'. Every penny received from public donations goes directly to the '100% Projects' providing water, food, education, homes, medical care and resources to transform lives.

Booking for the Awards is available at angelevents@globalangels.org or by phone on 0207 484 5408. A limited number of Concert Only and After Show VIP passes are also available.
