Kelly Osbourne was “happy” to hear about her brother Jack Osbourne’s recent engagement.
Jack’s engagement with fiancée Lisa Stelly was announced on Thursday.
Kelly is elated that her brother is getting married.
"I'm so happy for him!" Kelly gushed to Extra.
"It's so lovely. I have to say this is the first girl he's ever introduced me to that I actually liked. It was like instant. I knew as soon I met her it was all over. They were going to end up together forever."
Although her brother’s wedding is on her mind, Kelly is also focusing her attention on charity this month. Kelly has signed up to assist with the Hard Rock Hotel’s October Pinktober campaign for breast cancer awareness.
"The whole month of October is dedicated to breast cancer awareness, and this year I'm working with the Hard Rock Hotel and their Pinktober campaign,” Kelly detailed. “They are doing all sorts of really cool stuff - pink drinks, pink bed sheets. I get to go down and turn the lights on.”
In 2002 Kelly’s mother Sharon Osbourne successfully battled colon cancer and the disease is now in remission. Kelly feels compelled to work for the Pinktober campaign, as she has dealt with the disease firsthand.
"You know I've been affected by cancer in my family. To me, it's really important to raise as much awareness as I possibly can about it because it affected me so deeply.”
