Toploader release new single ‘She Said’ on 31st October 2011 from their new album Only Human. ‘She Said’ is the third single from the album and will surprise many with its rock sound that is a far cry from some of the tracks the band are better known
for.
Available to pre-order from 01 October 2011, the track is distinct from previous hits and offers an edgier, more jagged, guitar-heavy feel.
Lead singer Joseph Washbourn said, “We are excited about releasing ‘She Said’. It's a return to the kind of music we first wrote in the band before a major label had their wicked way with us. Our fans voted for this to be the next single as well so we know they are behind it. Coming back and making this record was always on our terms and in our own time and ‘She Said’ is a result of this and we are super proud of the track.”
After an extended break from music Joseph Washbourn (vocals & keys), Dan Hipgrave (guitar), Matt Knight (bass) and Rob Green (drums) have returned with a new album on the independent record label ‘Underdogs Music’. Time away from the
limelight has enabled the band to mature – resulting in a new sound for the third album.
The album ‘Only Human’ saw the band work with producer Danton Supple (Morrissey and Coldplay) and produce a body of work full of potential pop classics.
Toploader’s new single ‘She Said’ is released on 31st October on Underdogs Music.
