Lil Wayne travels with his own “personal skate ramp”.
The 28-year-old rapper recently released his ninth studio album Tha Carter IV, and has been busy promoting his newest material.
TMZ have learned that the star is wasting no time practicing his skateboard skills while touring. The award-winning musician has been on the road accompanied by his very own skate ramp which travels “in the back of an escalade”.
Sources close to the hip hop star says that he packs a “portable quarter pipe” into a trailer which follows his tour bus “24/7”.
Wayne continues to practice his skating skills at all hours of the day and squeezes in training at “random places” whenever he has a few spare minutes.
Sources close to the US website have revealed that he’s even hired a pro skater to coach him.
Wayne, real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, has been working on his new hobby for quite a while, and insiders close to the star say he’s “definitely improving”.
