Joe Jonas’ ideal woman is Dame Elizabeth Taylor “in her heyday”.
The American singer-and-actor made his name in band the Jonas Brothers, alongside siblings Kevin and Nick.
Joe, who is currently enjoying a solo music career while the trio concentrate on their own projects, has revealed his dream partner.
The floppy-haired star struggled to list qualities he looks for in a girlfriend, but says, based on looks, he would choose late actress Elizabeth. She was renowned for her iconic beauty, and Joe says the brunette star, who died at the age of 79 earlier this year, was stunning in her early career.
“You're always looking for the right person,” he told The Journal.
“Hmm, that's hard to say. I change my mind all the time; and if you do name someone it's then awkward when you bump into them... Elizabeth Taylor. In her heyday, she was amazing."
Joe enjoyed a high-profile relationship with country pop singer Taylor Swift in 2008. Later, he began a year-long relationship with Camilla Belle after she starred in his band’s music promo for Lovebug.
Joe has also enjoyed a brief romance with Demi Lovato in 2010, before beginning a relationship with Ashley Green. It was announced in March this year that the couple had split.
