Last night Liverpool’s illustrious Cavern Club welcomed back the Quarrymen onto it’s hallowed stage.

Celebrating 50 years since The Beatles’ first performed at the legendary venue changing the musical landscape forevermore, BOBCOM, the UK’s leading online music community for independent artists, hosted the free event which was simultaneously streamed via the website and youtube channels.

BOBCOM’s nationwide Fasttrack competition winner’s Kristina Cox and rock-funk four-piece Banned Sauce also took to the stage in what was a joint celebration of the old and the new.

The Quarrymen, gave a spirited performance regaling the gathered throng with personal insights on their formative years with John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison whilst having a ball. Keep your eyes peeled for our exclusive interview with the band in the coming days.
