Tinie Tempah samples Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown

Tinie Tempah gets Russell Brand to host his new mixtape, which samples Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown.

The UK rap colossus is doing his damnedest to crack the US, so he’s put together a new mixtape hosted by comic actor Russell Brand.

On the mixtape, titled ‘Foreign Object’, he delivers rhymes over tracks by Brand’s wife Katy Perry as well as hip-hop/R&B stars Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj.

He’s even added a new song that will be on the US version of his Disc-Overy album – ‘Til I’m Gone’ with US rap sensation Wiz Khalifa.

He’s also spoken about possible collaborations with Adele, Lykke Li and Irish pop-rockers The Script for his forthcoming second album.

Tinie told NME about supporting The Script, “I met them in Australia and we just got on like a house on fire. So that’d be cool."
