The musician-and-producer got engaged to French model Josephine De La Baume earlier this month and while he can’t wait to tie the knot, he is leaving the details up to his fiancee so all he has to do is turn up.
Speaking last night (23.02.11) at the Wyld bar in upmarket hotel W London – Leicester Square – where a party was being held to celebrate designer James Small’s show at London Fashion Week and the NME Awards, where guests were served Wyld Civil Shots - Mark exclusively told BANG Showbiz: “I’m leaving all the wedding plans up to her, it’s her big day so I’ll let her have whatever she wants I just want her to be happy. All I need to know is the date and venue and just wear my suit!”
Mark - the brother of DJ Samantha Ronson – recently revealed he wanted to tie the knot with Josephine because he wanted to "share" everything with her.
He said: "It's not the thought of the wedding - though that's nice. It's just the idea of marrying someone you really, really love that you just want to share that with."
Mark - who divides his time between London and New York - also previously claimed he is a "romantic" lover, but Josephine's nationality meant he had to up his game.
He said: "I think I'm fairly romantic. But then having a French girlfriend automatically sets the bar to a whole new level.
"I'm certainly not perfect. Nobody is. In every great relationship you have two people that really care about each other and, inevitably, they can wind each other up in ways that no one else is capable of."
