The Libertines have been mentioned as possible headliners of this summer's Glastonbury festival reports The Sun.

The recently reformed four are rumoured to be discussing a headline slot on The Other Stage.

The "source" claims: "They bagged more than £1million for Reading and Leeds in 2010 and, although they won't get as much for Glasto, it will still be a good earner."

While Pete Doherty admitted that the band had received "further offers" for more shows, Carl Barat denied that anything had been confirmed. Speaking to the NME, Barat claimed he'd not actual spoken to the other band members about any more shows.
