A chorus of muppets are set to back Cee-Lo Green’s performance at the Grammys.

MTV reports that Brian Henson, the son of Muppets creator Jim Henson and CEO of his company, is going to lend part of the fuzzy cast of his show ‘Stuffed And Unstrung’ to the singer.

He said, “He'll be backed by puppets who will make up a very weird and cool band.”

Thing is, it was the Soul Machine who approached the puppeteers.

Henson continued, “We had never worked with him before, and he's just a fabulous guy. I think he's a lifelong fan of the Muppets, and he had a pretty good idea of what he wanted ... I think it will really be an unforgettable version of the song.”

It will be unforgettable if he decides to do the uncensored version of ‘Fuck You’ on the Grammys, but surely he’ll have to call it ‘Forget You’ for the judges and the muppets.

The Ladykiller will also be joined by Gwyneth Paltrow on stage.

The 53rd Grammys will take place on Sunday 13 February.
