Scouting For Girls has announced a woodland date for next summer as part of the Forestry Commission Live Music programme taking place in the region at Westonbirt Arboretum, Glos.

Fronted by the exuberant showman Roy Stride, Scouting For Girls' eponymous debut album generated a clutch of infectious hits, including 'She's So Lovely', 'Heartbeat', 'It's Not About You' and 'Elvis Ain't Dead', all
becoming regular fixtures on radio playlists across the country. 2010 has seen the release of their second album, 'Everybody Wants To Be On TV', continuing the form of the first with more insatiably irresistible pop anthems like 'Famous', 'Don't Want To Leave You', 'Take A Chance On Us' andthe No 1 single 'This Ain't A Love Song'.

Forestry Commission Live Music introduces some music fans to a woodland environment for the first time. Many of them come back to enjoy the beautiful surroundings for healthy and fun outdoor recreation including
walking and watching wildlife.

Tickets £28.00 (subject to booking fee) go on sale at 9.00am Friday 17th
December from the Forestry Commission.
