Frontman Jay Kay said this week: “I can't wait to get back out on the road and tour, particularly round the UK where we haven't toured for a while. We’re looking forward to playing stuff from the new album, as well as giving you new twists on plenty of the old hits.”

Skitting between a hook laden chorus replete with honky tonk piano, and a lilting verse featuring 70’s style funk horns and lilting strings, ‘Lifeline’ (released 23rd January, Mercury Music Group) is the second single taken from the Top 10 album, Rock Dust Light Star, and a track that’s bound to become a firm live favourite during next year’s arena tour.

With a seventh hit album under their belts and adding to their 25 million plus albums sold to date, plus a shelf full of awards, including five MTV gongs, an Ivor Novello and a Grammy Jamiroquai, are a band on fire (as witnessed by those who saw their Hyde Park Show with Stevie Wonder this summer). Their first tour in 5 years is sure to be a must see for fans old and new.
