The 2010 AIR Awards took place at Melbourne’s Forum Theatre last night, celebrating the city’s vibrant independent music scene.

The night went off with a bang, although the audience seemed more intent on schmoozing than watching the ceremony itself.

Performances from The Amity Affliction, Cloud Control, M-Phazes showed off Australia’s diverse independent talent, and the awards themselves couldn’t have gone to a better bunch of artists.
