Listener data from Last.fm has shown that Lady Gaga is both one of the most listened to and one of the most deleted artists around. Despite the pop princess’s huge popularity and success, fans are deleting her songs from their public playlists to keep their listening stealth. In fact, seven of her songs are in the top ten most deleted tracks.
To date, Lady GaGa has already received over 40 music awards in 2010 and she has recently been nominated for 5 MTV EMA’s, making her one of the hottest artists around. People are listening to her music in their droves as she often will appear on the top listened to tracks on Last.fm, but people don’t want to include her on their public profile.
