The Pinkerton re-release will have 25 extra tracks, including 16 previously unreleased.

In case you were yawning about the re-release of their 1996 classic, Weezer have gone above and beyond, tripling its length into a double album.

On top of the original ten tracks, the first disc contains every b-side from the singles, including live acoustic versions of ‘The Good Life’ and ‘The Pink Triangle’ as well as radio edits.

The second album features 16 unreleased tracks, mostly live versions, plus a couple of “tracking rough” versions, new songs, and an alternate take of ‘Butterfly’.

In addition to the monstrous amount of music, Pinkerton’s Deluxe Edition will include a photo booklet and an essay from “band friend”, webmaster and occasional clip director Karl Koch.

The super-duper deluxe edition will come out on November 2.
