The Killers singer Brandon Flowers’ wife is pregnant for the third time.
The ‘Crossfire’ hitmaker’s wife, Tana, is expecting a new baby to join sons Gunnar, 13 months, and Ammon, three, a representative confirmed today (14.09.10).
It is not known how long Tana has been pregnant, but Brandon, 29, is not presently at home to celebrate with his family, as he promotes his first solo record, ‘Flamingo’, in the UK and prepares for his first solo tour, which starts later this month in Europe.
Shortly after the news of his third child was confirmed, Brandon told England’s BBC Radio 2: “It’s very difficult being on tour so my family don’t come with me very often.
“With touring it gets harder with each child, it’s not something you plan for or prepare yourself for, you just got to go out there and figure it out yourself.”
Brandon – who is expected to rejoin The Killers after completing a tour for his solo material - has recently said he’d like to cut back on the number of shows he does in coming years to concentrate on his family.
He said: “I love music, but I want to spend more time with my children. I’d like to be around when they start school.”
