Zayn Malik and his girlfriend are planning a romantic holiday to the South of France.
The One Direction star and his singer partner Perrie Edwards have experienced a tumultuous few months. Work commitments have kept them apart and Zayn has been accused of being unfaithful, although the pair are still together.
In June One Direction will get a ten-day break from their world tour and Zayn reportedly plans to use it to spend some romantic time with Perrie.
"They're going to take a week out and go to St Tropez in the South of France. Zayn's record company have offered them a boat and Perrie's shifted her work commitments around it. They both decided that they needed some quality time away from everyone," a source told Heat magazine.
Zayn has apparently also told Perrie he will stop having late nights out and has been missing from the party circuit over the last few weeks.
He is determined to win her trust back and feels the trip away will show her how important she is to him.
"Zayn organised the whole thing by himself as a way of making things up to her, and it seems to have worked - she's thrilled and things seem to be really good between them," the source said.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that One Direction are to appear in a cartoon strip to raise money for charity.
The boy band will feature in BeanoMAX, which goes on sale next month, in aid of Comic Relief. The storyline will see the stars help Beano characters put on a charity show.
"We've grown up with the magazine so now to actually appear in it with Dennis [the Menace] and Gnasher themselves is incredible," the heartthrobs revealed.
One Direction are currently on the road with their Take Me Home tour. On Tuesday, they took to the stage in Glasgow, Scotland, and Harry Styles was left writhing in agony after one over-zealous fan attempted to show their adoration.
The admirer threw a shoe onto the stage, and after Harry questioned why he had only received one piece of footwear, the fan hurled the other shoe at him.
However, the gift struck Harry in the crotch and he collapsed on stage as his bandmates Zayn and Liam Payne rushed to his aid.
Harry soon recovered and was able to carry on with the show.
