The Wanted have landed their own reality show.

Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Max George, Nathan Sykes and Tom Parker have signed a deal with America's E! network for the new series.

The boys will be followed by cameras as they record their third album in California and prepare for their US and European tours later this year.

The first half-hour episode of The Wanted Life will premiere on E! in June and is scheduled to air around the world this autumn.

E! President Suzanne Kolb told reporters the show will give fans a close look at the 'rock star lifestyle' with the 'perfect blend of music, bromance and superstardom'.

Ryan Seacrest is producing the series through his banner SB Productions and in collaboration with Global TV UK.

Max George called into Ryan's Los Angeles-based radio show on Wednesday to announce the 'fly on the wall' series has been greenlit.

He also apologised in advance to The Wanted's new neighbours.

"We''re moving into Hollywood into a big house. We''re not actually too sure where yet... for a certain period of time doing a bit of filming, bit of fly on the wall. I feel so sorry for [the neighbours], apologies now if it is you!' he mused.

Max added he's excited about the series.

He also warned fans to expect some antics from himself and partner-in-crime Jay McGuiness.

'Normally it''s me and Jay spend quite a lot of time outside of our own home for whatever reason, so I think me and Jay will be doing a lot of staying elsewhere... Mattress surfing?" Max joked.

Ryan said the series will provide "plenty of humour, antics and drama behind the scenes'.

The band's manager Scooter Braun, who also represents Justin Bieber, meanwhile revealed the pilot episode has already been shot.

"i have seen the pilot episode... trust me...get ready to love these guys and die laughing. @TheWanted on E! coming VERY SOON!" he wrote on Twitter.
