The Pretty Littles happily credit their influences such as The Vasco Era, early Paul Kelly, Pavement and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club for their genre club sandwich. There's mainly noisy stuff as the boys realised loud guitars; A) hide mistakes well and B) Trick people into thinking you're better at music than you are. There's also some less noisy stuff too if that’s what you're into. I guess 'mainly noisy' and 'less noisy' isn't exactly a genre club sandwich but geez it's fun to say. Vegemite and cheese if anything. Just come prepared for a ripper of a show…

After a solid 2012... playing 113 gigs, sold out Ding Dong/Tote shows and supporting the likes of Vasco Era, The Mess Hall, The Cribs, The Fumes and The Datsuns...They decided to do some soul searching (lol), some travelling, some asking friends for money to make a CD-ing, and a bit of recording too – This then lead to their debut LP ‘Mash!

Mash, recorded with the great Alex ‘Rudie’ Markwell of The Delta Riggs (He once wrote a song for Keith Urban, but Keith didn't like it. Suck eggs Rudie). They decided to name their baby Mash because she was a big ol’ mix of scrappy rock and roll, a bit of scrappy punk, some scrappy ballads and some other genres that I can't think of right now. Mash then took them on an album tour across regional Victoria and the East Coast of Australia, followed by some corker support slots with Graveyard and Mothers Cake. The Single ‘Noobie’ came highly recommended to AMRAP from FBi radio and Triple J even got behind it with some regular airplay. The Pretty Littles are now setting themselves up for a huge 2014 and are ready to take their stellar live show to the world.

The album is also on Spotify and iTunes, so don't worry everyone!
