Fresh from playing a storming set on the John Peel Stage at Glastonbury Festival this weekend, The Districts have announced a one-off show at London’s Electric Ballroom on Wednesday 11th November 2015. Tickets will go on sale at 9am BST Friday 3rd July.

With appearances at Latitude and Reading & Leeds still to come this summer, The Districts will also release a new single ‘Chlorine’ on 17th July 2015. The track is the latest to be taken from their current album ‘A Flourish And A Spoil’ which is out now on Fat Possum Records. ‘Chlorine’ is 4 minutes of authentic rock from a band with serious sonic clout and has proved to be a firm favourite with live audiences.

The Districts are a young four-piece from the small town of Lititz, Pennsylvania who have been steadily building themselves a global reputation on the strength of their energetic live performances. Their current album, ‘A Flourish And A Spoil’ was recorded with John Congleton (St Vincent, Modest Mouse, The Walkmen) at his Seedy Underbelly studio in Minnesota. Since its release in February this year, The Districts have been touring non-stop, delivering honest and raw rock & roll to sold out venues across Europe and North America.
