The Afghan Whigs will return to the stage for the first time in 13 years at the Bowery in New York on May 23.
When they last played New York on September 29, 1999, no-one knew that the show at club Hush would be the band’s last show ever … until now.
The Afghan Whigs recently announced their reunion and will perform at Lollapalooza, ATP’s I’ll Be Your Mirror (London and USA) and Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Portugal.
They will also perform on the Jimmy Fallon show on May 22.
