Hot off of Twitter! Hayley Williams has confirmed that Justin York will replace former guitarist Josh Farro and John Freese is replacing Zac Farro on their upcoming tour of South America.
At present, no permanent replacements have been announced. Hayley however did go on to state that neither Justin nor John will be the permanent replacements. Justin previously played with Paramore on their oceanic tour of 2009 replacing Josh Farro and has also toured with them as part of the support band Relient K. John Freese has experience playing with Guns N Roses, Queens of the Stone Age and Lostprophets amongst other big rock bands.
Earlier in the week, The Farro’s released a statement criticising former bandmate and current Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams, describing their experience in Paramore as ‘riding on the coattails of “Hayley’s dream’. You can read the full statement below:
